Each fall, our Queensbury, NY Design Team looks forward to working with area home builders in the Saratoga Showcase of Homes; a premier new-home tour in the Saratoga + Capital Region benefitting Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity. This year, our Design Team worked with McPadden Builders, Kodiak Construction, and Bella Home Builders to craft three unique design aesthetics we know you’ll love.
First Stop: Bella Home Builders
This design focused on crafting a space that was an entertainer’s delight. An amazing 72” round dining table by Hooker Furniture is essential for dinner parties and holidays. Adjacent to the dining space is a cozy seating area featuring contemporary upholstered chairs with brass accents perfect for morning coffee or intimate conversation. The master bedroom is a true oasis with a wall-to-wall upholstered bed layered with luxurious linens and custom window treatments for added softness and privacy.

Up Next: McPadden Builders
Upon entering the home, any thoroughbred enthusiast will appreciate the large horse portrait paired with a concrete top desk in the study. The console table and stools behind the high-back sofa serves as a multifunctional space for a large family or entertainer alike to have extra seating and serving space for guests.
