Whether your purchase is fabric, leather or vinyl upholstery, area rugs, wood or other solid surface furniture, a Protection 1st Plan will help protect it so you don't have to worry about it. If the unexpected happens, call our service center's 800 number for expert help with any problem covered by your protection plan. If a technician is needed, we will dispatch a certified insured technicain to perform the work in your home. If we can't help with the problem or the item (style or fabric) is discontinued, we'll replace it at no additional cost to you.

How to file a claim:
To file a claim, contact Montage via the toll-free number on your protection plan document. Contact Montage/Protection 1st by phone, online or by sending an e-mail within 30 days of noticing the incident. Have your furniture sales receipt and protection plan number ready when you call or contact Montage.

What can I expect if I file a claim?
To expedite and shorten the claim process, you will be asked to fill out a Service Request Form to the best of your ability. This will clarify which piece of furniture was damages, the extent of damage to your piece and when and where the incident occurred. You can also submit photos.

How long does the plan provide coverage?
Coverage extends for five (5) full years from the date we deliver your new furniture. Any new product order(s) require a new protection plan. A full replacement of your piece fulfills the Protection Plan's agreement.
