Endurance Seat Cushions - Limited Lifetime - If these components do not perform as expected under normal conditions, these items will be repaired or replaced at No Charge, once our staff has determined "liability." Cushions can lose 1/2" - 3/4" of loft during the break-in period. This is considered normal and not a defect. This service policy extends solely to the original customer.
Back Pillows - Limited Lifetime - Warranty does not cover normal compression of fillings materials. Fluff all semi-attached back pillows and rotate and fluff all loose back pillows regularly.

Return Policy
We want to be sure that whatever furniture you place in your home is perfect and that you are completely satisfied.
Canceled orders will receive a 30% restocking fee ($35 minimum) and the remainder is a store credit good at any of our locations. A $179.99 pick-up/delivery of your reselection will apply.
